Clinical Network Development Coordinator

Remote - US

## The Role

We're hiring a **Clinical Network Development Coordinator** to grow the supply side of our marketplace: the physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical sites who host our trainees. You'll own outreach end to end, from the first cold email to a site that's credentialed and ready to take students. This is the engine room of the business. Every rotation a trainee books starts with a preceptor you brought in.

## What You'll Do

- Identify and recruit physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Run a high-volume recruitment pipeline in HubSpot, from first contact through onboarding readiness, and keep it honest about where each prospect really is
- Walk prospective preceptors and sites through what hosting an AMO trainee actually involves, and answer the credentialing and documentation questions that usually stall a yes
- Hit monthly targets for qualified sites and onboarded preceptors without letting the relationship feel transactional
- Work alongside program and operations so a site you sign gets matched with trainees quickly, not left waiting

## What We're Looking For

- 3+ years in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, or a related field where you were the one making the outreach
- A real understanding of provider credentialing and the documentation a clinical site has to clear
- Experience running a CRM-based pipeline (HubSpot is a plus) and a track record of hitting or beating KPIs in a goal-oriented role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- You can hear no four times and still send the fifth email in a way the recipient doesn't mind getting

## Strong Advantages

Nice-to-haves, not strict requirements.

- Time spent recruiting or managing relationships with hospitals, residency programs, or physician groups
- Familiarity with the path international medical graduates take toward US clinical experience and the Match
- Comfort reporting your pipeline numbers to a team that reads them closely

## Why This Role Is Special

The sites you sign become the rotations that let an international medical graduate get hands-on US clinical experience, which is often the thing standing between them and a residency. The outreach is real relationship work, not a dialer script, and the supply you build is what the whole marketplace runs on.

## Location

Remote within the US.

## Next Steps

Tell us about one clinician or site you brought in from a cold start and how you kept it moving. One real story beats a polished resume here.
