CurifyLabs - Demo
## The Role
We're hiring a **Customer Success Compounding Pharmacist / Pharmacy Technician** to be the friendly human face of a very clever machine. You'll guide new partner pharmacies from the day the PharmaPrinter arrives through their first confident production runs, and carry what you learn in the field back to the people building the product. This is a hands-on role for a pharmacy person who likes the moment a compounder stops worrying about the machine and starts trusting it.
## What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding for new customer pharmacies, from unboxing and setup to a first clean, validated batch
- Run hands-on training and live demonstrations during installation and early production, in the pharmacy and over video
- Be the pharmacist in the room: translate CuraBlend bases, digital batch records, and USP compounding practice into language a busy pharmacy team already speaks
- Bring the field back inside CurifyLabs: feed recurring questions and friction straight to product, quality, and commercial
- Help a pharmacy build the habits that make personalized medicine routine instead of a project
## What We're Looking For
- A licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician based in the Eastern or Central US
- Hands-on compounding experience, ideally non-sterile, with a feel for where batches go wrong
- Strong teaching instincts; you can take a skeptical team through a new process without talking down to them
- Comfort owning your own schedule across several onboarding projects at once
- Willing to travel across the Central US for customer visits
## Strong Advantages
Nice-to-haves, not strict requirements.
- Experience with compounding software, automated dispensing, or lab instrumentation
- Familiarity with USP <795> and the documentation side of compliance
- You've been the person a pharmacy calls when something isn't working, and you liked it
## Why This Role Is Special
You'll be early on the US customer success side, so you set how CurifyLabs earns trust at the bench. The technology does something pharmacies have been doing by hand for decades, which means your job is less convincing them it's possible and more showing them how much calmer the day gets. You carry real influence over how the product grows, not just a script.
## Location
Remote in the Central US, with travel to partner pharmacies as onboarding demands.
## Next Steps
Tell us about a time you helped a pharmacy change how it worked and how you knew it stuck. One real story beats a polished resume here.
