Production Engineer/Technician - Robotics & Automation

## The Role

We're hiring a **Production Engineer/Technician** to build and test the PharmaPrinter Aurum and the hardware that makes automated compounding possible. You'll be hands-on at the bench every day, assembling precision laboratory instruments to a standard that holds up under ISO 13485, and helping the production process itself get better as we scale. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in a device that works right the first time.

## What You'll Do

- Assemble laboratory instruments and accessories to tight quality standards
- Run quality-control and functional testing with measurement and test tools
- Keep ISO 13485 documentation honest: device history records, traceability, and work instructions
- Improve how we build: better processes, better jigs, better instructions for the next person
- Inspect incoming materials and manage inventory in NetSuite
- Troubleshoot units that fail test and help with mechatronics component checks

## What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail; these are laboratory devices under a quality system, not prototypes
- Hands-on mechanical assembly skill with real precision focus
- Comfort with hand tools, measurement instruments, and engineering documentation
- Basic 3D CAD and 3D-printing experience
- A proactive, flexible mindset that suits a startup where the job changes as we grow
- Fluent English; Finnish is a plus
- 0 to 3 years of industrial production or assembly experience (recent graduates welcome)
- A degree in progress or completed in mechanical, mechatronics, or production engineering

- Time inside a regulated manufacturing or medical-device environment
- You've improved a line you worked on, not just worked it

## Why This Role Is Special

You'll build the actual machine that lets a pharmacy produce personalized medicine on site. The hardware team is small, so your fingerprints are on the instrument, and on how we make it, from early on. Low hierarchy, high ownership, real devices leaving the building.

## Location

Onsite at CurifyLabs HQ in Salmisaari, Helsinki, with some hybrid flexibility once you're up to speed.
