Founding Account Executive

## The Role

We're hiring our **Founding Account Executive**, Jitter's first sales hire. You'll own mid-market deals end to end, from inbound and product-led signals through targeted outbound and expansion, in the $2k to $25k ACV range. More than closing, you're here to build the go-to-market engine: the process, the automation, and the playbook a later team will run. This is a build role, not a seat where leads are handed to you.

## What You'll Do

- Own mid-market deals full cycle: inbound, product-qualified signals, outbound, and expansion
- Build a repeatable GTM motion from a blank page, including the automation that makes it scale
- Work closely with product and the founders on what's landing, what's stalling, and why
- Track the pipeline honestly and forecast something you can defend
- Lay the groundwork for the GTM team that comes after you

## What We're Looking For

- Full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally for a product-led or self-serve-into-sales product
- Comfort building process rather than inheriting it; early-stage range
- Fluency talking to creative and design teams, or the ability to get there fast
- A quantifiable track record you can talk about honestly (quota, cycle, deal size)

## Strong Advantages

Nice-to-haves, not strict requirements.

- You've sold a design tool, a creative SaaS product, or something adjacent where the buyer is a designer or a creative lead
- Experience converting a product-led signal into a sales conversation without killing the self-serve love
- Selling in France or across Europe
