Business Recruitment / Sales Representative

## The Role

We're hiring a **Business Recruitment / Sales Representative** to grow the heart of Locallista: the local service providers our expat community relies on. You'll be on the phone with plumbers, movers, accountants, tutors, and cleaners across our markets, telling them what Locallista is and inviting the ones who clear our bar into a community that sends them real, ready-to-buy customers. Every business you bring on is one more expat who finds help in a language they understand, so the work is commercial and genuinely useful at the same time.

## What You'll Do

- Call prospective service providers across one or more of our markets, explain Locallista simply, and get the good ones excited to join
- Run the conversation end to end: open the call, handle the "is this worth my time" pushback, and walk a business through what being on Locallista actually means
- Keep your pipeline honest in our tools so we always know who's warm, who's thinking, and who said no and why
- Protect the bar: we only accept providers who'll show up for expats, so part of selling is knowing when to walk away
- Tell the team what you're hearing on the ground, which categories are easy, where trust breaks down, which pitch lands

## What We're Looking For

- High energy and a real enjoyment of talking to people, including strangers who didn't ask to hear from you
- Someone who takes ownership and wants to win at whatever they take on
- Fluent English plus at least one of Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Dutch
- Eager to learn; no prior sales experience required, we'll train you, the attitude is the thing we can't teach

- You already live in or know one of our markets well

## Location

Remote, open to candidates based in or connected to Barcelona, Lisbon, Madrid, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, or Singapore.
