Quality Representative

## The Role

We're hiring a **Quality Representative** to be the ear Locallista keeps on the ground. You'll call the expats who used a provider and the providers themselves, gather the honest story of how it went, and turn those conversations into the trust signals that decide who stays on the platform and who doesn't. "Quality gets you in, reputation keeps you on top" is only true if someone is actually listening, and that someone is you.

## What You'll Do

- Run friendly, structured phone conversations with expats and service providers to understand how a job really went
- Ask the questions a star rating can't capture, and write up what you hear so the team can act on it
- Spot the patterns: which providers consistently deliver, which are slipping, where trust is breaking down in a category or market
- Keep conversations engaging and warm so people give you the real answer, not the polite one
- Flag the edge cases a form would miss and hand them to the right person

## What We're Looking For

- A natural people person, warm and engaging on the phone, who puts a stranger at ease in the first minute
- Strong listening skills and the instinct to ask the follow-up question that gets the real story
- Curious and detail-oriented; you notice the thing that doesn't add up and chase it down
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a dynamic, remote setup
- Fluent English plus at least one of Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Dutch

## Strong Advantages

- Experience in customer success, research interviews, support, or any role built on phone conversations
- You've lived the expat experience yourself and know why trust is so hard to find in a new country
- Comfort turning messy qualitative notes into something a team can use

## Location

Remote, open to candidates based in or connected to Barcelona, Lisbon, Madrid, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, or Singapore.
